the star treck effect is such a complex mind fuck!
not everything which is hypothetik possible from one side of observed, lets say by electronic skills, to build,  is from a different perspective able to be builded.

eg. luxury about human cultur. a space station on the moon. which would be great, connected with a thick wire and tons of energy reactors on. this would be possible to build from the technic point of view. but way complexer moments like to human emotion related effects like economy is part wise, blocks those ideas.

of course the technic could solve lot of problems, but sorry to say the technic is related on lot of things which seems not to work!

what i want to say is: the universe is just about been sarcasm! its possible that we got tons of solutions to solve some problems. and those solutions are displayed directly infront our noses. but the economy can bring the enough of power that one or more solutions can be builded.

most solutions are way to expensive at the moment and this is mostly related to the processing of the machines which are in need to bring this solutions into a economy fitting level.

eg. at cars we know since over 30 years that electronic cars could dominate the streets. and till now there was no serious try to get this. and i do think its mostly related to the economy and not onto the evil car developers with the pressure from the talibans. those changes would be to expensive for the most car developers. and this since 30 years!

could be that i missed something and i got the news wrong. the economy is on a well track and got lot space left for supporting ,in the needed amount, solutions which can save tons bottoms?!
